Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Kynvio AI, you agree to these terms and the related policies linked from the product. If you use the service for a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate, reachable account information and are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activity under your account. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer account access, or bypass login, quota, region, risk, model, or safety controls.
Kynvio services
Kynvio AI provides model-powered chat, AI search, image generation, video generation, file, and reference-asset workflows. Model capabilities, availability, prices, speed, output quality, and supported parameters may change based on upstream providers, configuration, and platform policy.
User content and outputs
You keep the rights you hold in prompts, uploads, reference assets, and generated outputs. To operate the service, you grant Kynvio AI a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, and generate content as needed. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents required for uploaded assets, likenesses, marks, voices, data, and downstream use of outputs. AI outputs may not be unique and should be reviewed before use.
Prohibited use
You may not use Kynvio AI to create or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, explicit, child sexual abuse, malware, spam, intellectual-property-infringing, privacy-invasive, deceptive impersonation, or safety-circumvention content. You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, abuse APIs, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Some features require subscriptions or credits. Prices, credit quotes, plan benefits, and top-up packs are shown in the product or pricing page, and actual settlement is based on system records. Subscription, payment method, upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, and some refund flows may be handled through Stripe Checkout or Customer Portal. Refunds are governed by the refund policy and applicable law.
Third-party models and services
Kynvio AI may route requests to third-party model, search, storage, payment, authentication, or infrastructure providers. Provider names are used to explain capabilities and compatibility; they do not imply an agency, endorsement, or partnership unless the page explicitly says so.
Suspension and termination
Kynvio AI may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, tasks, content, credit usage, or access if there is abuse, fraud, payment failure, policy violation, legal risk, or service-security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Some billing, risk, audit, and compliance records may be retained as required by law or operational needs.
Disclaimers and liability
Kynvio AI is provided as is. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific use, and they are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. To the extent allowed by law, Kynvio AI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party service unavailability.
