Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
This policy applies to the Kynvio AI website, workspace, public model pages, accounts, billing, chat, AI search, image generation, and video generation features. Third-party websites, payment pages, login services, or model providers may have their own privacy policies. Privacy questions can be sent to support@kynvio.ai.
Information we process
We may process account details, login and authentication metadata, billing and Stripe transaction identifiers, subscription status, credit ledger records, prompts, chat messages, research questions, uploaded files, reference images, generated media, model settings, task status, history, support communications, device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies, logs, and security events.
Sources of data
Data may come from content you provide, account and billing actions, logs generated while you use the product, authentication providers, payment providers, task status returned by model providers, and infrastructure records used for security, performance, and error investigation.
How we use data
Data is used to provide and maintain the service, route model requests, store chat and generation history, process uploaded assets, quote and settle credits, sync subscriptions, debug failed tasks, prevent abuse, enforce safety policies, respond to support requests, improve reliability, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations.
AI provider processing
To complete chat, search, image, or video tasks, we may send necessary prompts, context, uploaded assets, reference media, parameters, and task identifiers to third-party model or search providers. Unless required to provide the service, we do not send full payment details, passwords, or unrelated account details to model providers.
Cookies and analytics
Kynvio AI may use necessary cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, language preferences, security checks, product settings, performance analytics, and error investigation. You can limit cookies in your browser, but some account, checkout, or workspace features may not work correctly.
Billing and payments
Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are normally handled by payment providers such as Stripe. Kynvio AI stores fulfillment records such as customer identifiers, price_key, invoice or Checkout identifiers, subscription state, payment results, credit grants, debits, refunds, and risk audit records.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, keep history available, resolve disputes, fulfill billing, and meet compliance obligations. You may delete some history in the product or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export. Billing, risk, security, and legal records may be retained longer for audit reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can manage account details, remove uploads or history that are no longer needed, adjust cookie settings, opt out of marketing or product notices where available, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability requests. We may verify your identity before processing a request.
Security and international processing
Kynvio AI uses access controls, transport encryption, storage controls, audit trails, permission isolation, and provider review to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and services, providers, or infrastructure may process data outside your location.
Children and sensitive data
Kynvio AI is not directed to children below the local age of digital consent. Please do not upload sensitive personal information, health data, government IDs, payment credentials, child data, or other people's private information unless you have sufficient authorization and the use is lawful.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the product, providers, legal requirements, or security practices change. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and material changes may be announced in the product or by another reasonable method. Continuing to use Kynvio AI means you understand the updated handling practices.
