Refund Policy

Credits and failed tasks

If a generation, chat, or research task fails before completion, Kynvio AI is designed to return reserved credits through the original credit allocation path. Please check billing or history first. Requests that complete successfully or return a normal provider result usually consume the credits quoted before the run.

Subscription refunds

Refunds for subscription purchases or renewals are reviewed case by case. If you contact us within 7 days of purchase, the current-cycle credits have not been heavily used, and the account has no abuse or policy-violation signals, we will prioritize review for a full or partial refund. Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund; cancellation stops the next renewal and usually keeps access through the current period.

Top-ups and used credits

Standalone top-up purchases are delivered into a paid credit balance. Once top-up credits are used or applied to settled work, they are usually not eligible for a cash refund. For duplicate payments, accidental purchases, or payment errors, contact support before using the credits. If a refund is approved, the related unused credits may be removed from the balance.

Manual review scope

Provider outages, duplicate charges, checkout errors, and failed fulfillment can be reviewed manually. Safety rejections, acceptable-use violations, invalid parameters submitted by the user, successfully delivered outputs, clear abuse, or fraud risk may be ineligible.

How to request

Email support@kynvio.ai from your account email and include your Kynvio login email, order ID or Stripe receipt, purchase date, related task IDs, a description of the issue, and screenshots when helpful. Complete details make it easier to match billing and task records.

Processing time

We usually acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, taxes, exchange rates, and payment-provider timing may affect the final arrival date or amount.

Disputes and risk handling

If you open a dispute with a bank or payment provider, related billing actions may pause while that process runs. After a refund, dispute, or payment reversal, Kynvio AI may claw back unused credits granted by that payment and record any unrecovered risk balance.

Legal rights and updates

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Kynvio AI may update this policy as the product, payment providers, or regulatory requirements change, and this page will show the latest review date.
